History
The most notable element of this building, constructed in 1725, is the presence, on the rear elevation, of the large staircase well in half-projecting form and of rectangular plan. The garden is placed at a level higher than that of the main dwelling. Two staircases with reverse revolution allow access to it. The façade on the street presents openings either with a curved lintel or with a straight lintel as well as a balcony with wrought ironwork balustrade. The roof with broken pitches is embellished with dormers lighting the roof space.
