Representative of technical developments between 1819 and the 1930s. Cavity mill erected in 1819 on a site already known in the 15th century; its current mechanisms correspond to the state of the 1870s; its transformation into a flour mill with steam engine in 1905 left few witnesses. The mass of the mill, whose rear part is semi-circular, comprises a main cellar covered with a barrel vault with round arch opening onto the circular millstone room comprised in the base of the miller's post. Two pairs of millstones are still in place there. In the upper part of the miller's post the hollow pivot, or huse, and the small gears are preserved while the main shaft is cut at its upper part. In the west shed one observes a large horizontal metal shaft which joins the miller's post and comes to engage on a crown, so as to drive the main shaft and the millstones. This transmission was driven by the steam engine installed in 1909. From this large shaft, thanks to a pulley and a belt, the rotary motion was transmitted to the storey of the main dwelling built in 1892, where large bolters were located.
