Ce monument fut élevé en 1923-1924. Imaginé par le sculpteur Daniel Bacqué, il se présente sous la forme d'un cénotaphe surmonté d'une Victoire ailée accompagnant un Poilu. Une crypte occupe le rez-de-chaussée du cénotaphe et les murs portent les noms gravés des Agenais morts au cours de toutes les guerres.

History
This monument was erected in 1923-1924. Conceived by sculptor Daniel Bacqué, it presents itself in the form of a cenotaph surmounted by a winged Victory accompanying a Poilu. A crypt occupies the ground floor of the cenotaph and the walls bear the engraved names of the people of Agen who died during all the wars.
