This building represents one of the rare farms of the wine-growing type in Bouriane, having preserved its original features. The complex of main dwelling and outbuildings is exemplary of the grouped agricultural constructions of Bouriane. Construction over several periods from the 15th century. The current buildings reveal mainly reconstructions of the 19th century.
