Maison de plaisance commandée en 1844 à l'architecte Louis Moiselet. L'édifice adopte un style néoclassique s'apparentant à l'architecture néopalladienne : de plan massé et couvert en terrasse, il présente une façade principale régulière dont l'avant-corps central est marqué par la superposition de deux niveaux de colonnes supportant un fronton triangulaire, et par la présence de portes-fenêtres à couvrement cintré. A l'intérieur, les pièces ont conservé leur décor d'origine (cheminées, papiers peints, parquets et stucs). La demeure s'intègre dans un parc dû au paysagiste Luizet.

History
Pleasure house commissioned in 1844 from architect Louis Moiselet. The building adopts a neoclassical style akin to neopalladian architecture: with a compact plan and terrace roof, it presents a regular main façade whose central avant-corps is marked by the superposition of two levels of columns supporting a triangular pediment, and by the presence of French windows with curved lintels. Inside, the rooms have retained their original decoration (fireplaces, wallpapers, parquets and stuccos). The residence is integrated into a park designed by landscape architect Luizet.
