L'église dépendait, au 12e siècle, de l'abbaye de Saint-Georges. Elle se compose d'une nef précédée d'un porche (16e siècle) , et d'un choeur à chevet plat de style angevin, que flanquent au sud un clocher et une chapelle (14e ou 15e siècle). Le portail occidental et le choeur datent de la fin du 12e ou du début du 13e siècle. En 1977, des peintures murales ont été découvertes représentant des scènes historiées semblant dater du 14e siècle.

History
The church was dependent in the 12th century on the abbey of Saint-Georges. It comprises a nave preceded by a porch (16th century), and a choir with a flat chevet in Angevin style, flanked on the south by a bell tower and a chapel (14th or 15th century). The western portal and the choir date from the late 12th or early 13th century. In 1977, mural paintings were discovered representing narrative scenes appearing to date from the 14th century.
