Historique
Eglise romane composée d'une nef lambrissée, précédée d'un portail occidental, et d'un choeur constitué d'une travée sous clocher voûtée d'arêtes, et d'une abside en cul de four. Au 16e siècle, ajout de la chapelle seigneuriale au sud du choeur. Une chapelle des fonds baptismaux datant du 19e siècle flanque la première travée de la nef. L'abside a conservé ses trois baies romanes flanquées de colonnettes à chapiteaux sculptés. En 1891, des peintures murales ont été découvertes dans l'abside et entre les baies, figurant les apôtres. En 1927 a été mise au jour la grande scène du mur nord de la nef, représentant le Dit des trois morts et des trois vifs. La technique employée est celle de la détrempe sur un épais badigeon de chaux lissée. Les motifs du fond ont été réalisés au pochoir. Les couleurs utilisent l'ocre jaune et rouge, le rose et le brun, avec quelques traces brunes et vertes.

History
Romanesque church composed of a boarded nave, preceded by a western portal, and a choir consisting of a bay under a bell tower with rib vault, and an apse in the form of a half-dome. In the 16th century, addition of the seigniorial chapel to the south of the choir. A chapel for the baptismal fonts dating from the 19th century flanks the first bay of the nave. The apse has retained its three Romanesque openings flanked by colonettes with sculpted capitals. In 1891, murals were discovered in the apse and between the openings, depicting the apostles. In 1927 the great scene on the north wall of the nave was brought to light, representing the Tale of the Three Living and the Three Dead. The technique employed is that of distemper on a thick layer of smoothed lime-wash. The background motifs were executed by stencil. The colours used are ochre yellow and red, pink and brown, with some brown and green traces.
