Forge fondée en 1830 par Dominique Lareillet, conseiller général et maître de forge. L'entreprise connaît une certaine expansion dans les années 1850 grâce au chemin de fer. Son éloignement des principaux moyens de communication et l'utilisation de charbon de bois comme combustible, la consacrèrent essentiellement à la production de mobilier domestique jusqu'à sa fermeture, vers 1905.

History
Forge founded in 1830 by Dominique Lareillet, general councillor and master of the forge. The enterprise experienced considerable expansion in the 1850s thanks to the railway. Its distance from the main means of communication and the use of charcoal as fuel dedicated it essentially to the production of domestic furniture until its closure, around 1905.
