Fondé en 1294, le couvent des clarisses fut reconstruit après un incendie en 1637. Sur la rive droite du Solvan se dressait l'église ; le bâtiment abbatial était en retour à l'ouest ; une série de maisons se trouvait sur le côté nord. En 1757, Hélène Alexandrine Moreau de Bernay fut reçue comme bienfaitrice et acheta le terrain à bâtir ainsi que le jardin. History
Founded in 1294, the convent of the Poor Clares was rebuilt after a fire in 1637. On the right bank of the Solvan stood the church; the abbatial building was in return to the west; a series of houses stood on the north side. In 1757, Hélène Alexandrine Moreau de Bernay was received as a benefactor and purchased the building land as well as the garden. Double house in depth, with one story, with garden and outbuilding behind. It retains decorations, marble fireplaces, and wainscoting, some of which incorporate painted canvas.
