Historique
Le manoir de la Fosse est situé au bas d'un coteau. D'origine médiévale probable, ses parties conservées le font dater de la fin du 16e ou du début du 17e siècle. Les modifications successives dont il a été l'objet ont laissé en place un édifice complexe composé de deux bâtiments - pavillon à l'ouest et aile basse à l'est - séparés par une tour d'escalier. Cette tour, percée d'oculi sculptés, desservait également une aile perpendiculaire aujourd'hui démolie. Le pavillon ouest a conservé la distribution intérieure d'origine des niveaux supérieurs : mur de refend à cheminées adossées, carrelage, partie des huisseries d'origine, etc. L'aile est a été modifiée au 19e siècle. History
The manor of la Fosse is situated at the foot of a slope. Of probable medieval origin, its preserved parts date it to the end of the 16th or beginning of the 17th century. The successive alterations to which it was subject have left in place a complex edifice composed of two buildings - a pavilion to the west and a low wing to the east - separated by a staircase tower. This tower, pierced with sculpted oculi, also served a perpendicular wing now demolished. The west pavilion has retained the original interior distribution of the upper levels: partition wall with fireplaces set against it, tiling, part of the original door frames, etc. The east wing was altered in the 19th century. The outbuildings also date from this period.
