This building, built by architect Jean Poirier, offers a fairly classical, post-Haussmann general composition, but clearly displays its belonging to the nineteen thirties by the sharpness and vigour of its volumes and the quality of its Art Deco mosaic cladding. Its privileged urban situation as well as quality ornamentation combine to make this building one of the most interesting inter-war buildings in Brittany.
