Il s'agit d'une ancienne maison commerçante à porche remontant probablement au 13ème siècle. Elle comportait initialement quatre arcades en granit dont deux furent démolies au tournant des 19ème et 20ème siècles. Au 16ème siècle, les baies cintrées du premier étage ont été remplacées par des baies droites à linteaux. Le deuxième étage et le comble résultent d'une surélévation au 19ème siècle. L'arrière de la maison a été modifié à une époque récente et l'intérieur entièrement réaménagé.

History
This is a former commercial house with a porch dating probably to the 13th century. It initially comprised four arcades in granite, two of which were demolished around the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. In the 16th century, the round-arched openings of the first floor were replaced by straight openings with lintels. The second floor and roof space result from a raising in the 19th century. The rear of the house was modified at a recent date and the interior completely refitted.
