La première mention de l'existence d'un pont remonte à 1432 ; à proximité immédiate de Larressingle, c'était l'un des points de passages obligatoires de l'Osse sur l'un des itinéraires du chemin de Saint-Jacques de Compostelle. En ruine en 1723, un arrêt du conseil du roi daté de 1724 autorise les travaux, le pont étant un élément important de communication à l'échelle locale voire régionale. De 1954 à 1957, il fait l'objet de réparations en particulier la balustrade. Construit en pierre ocre, ce pont présente quatre arches de dimensions et de profils différents.

History
The first mention of the existence of a bridge dates back to 1432; in the immediate vicinity of Larressingle, it was one of the mandatory crossing points of the Osse on one of the routes of the Way of Saint James of Compostela. In ruins in 1723, a royal council order dated 1724 authorises the works, the bridge being an important element of communication at the local or even regional scale.
