La plate-forme sommitale de la motte castrale est bien conservée. Il est en revanche difficile de discerner le tracé de la basse-cour qui s'étendrait entre la motte et le village actuel ou de faire le lien avec l'autre pôle de l'ensemble, le Castet dont elle est séparée par un profond fossé.

The site known as the Castet constitutes a remarkable ensemble both from the historical and archaeological point of view and from that of the implementation of certain materials: cob, timber framing. It juxtaposes spatially and chronologically the elements of a complex castral, ecclesiastical and village site.
Description
The summit platform of the motte castrale is well preserved. It is however difficult to discern the outline of the lower courtyard which would extend between the motte and the present village or to make the connection with the other pole of the ensemble, the Castet from which it is separated by a deep moat.
