Historique
La halle, de type halle-rue, est située au coeur de la bastide fondée en 1279 par l'archevêque d'Auch. Sa datation est difficile, probablement 16e siècle. On relève la date de 1768 qui fut certainement celle d'un remaniement. En 1849, la charpente s'effondre. En 1901, une souscription est lancée pour réparer la toiture jugée en très mauvais état. La halle enjambe la rue principale qui traverse de part en part le village. Elle occupe une place rectangulaire dont la partie nord est bordée de couverts en bois du 16e siècle. La halle est couverte d'un toit en tuiles à quatre pans soutenu par des poteaux de bois reposant sur des socles en pierre.

History
The hall, of the hall-street type, is located at the heart of the bastide founded in 1279 by the archbishop of Auch. Its dating is difficult, probably 16th century.
