Building constructed in 1932 by Léon Jaussely. The façade on the rue Alsace-Lorraine is entirely decorated with mosaics signed by Gentil and Bourdet (pupils of Victor Laloux). The building presents an L-shaped plan and comprises a basement, a ground floor and a first floor. The ground floor is commanded on each side by a porch. The interior was occupied by display windows intended for the presentation of publications. At the junction of the two wings was the cashier's desk. On the first floor are the offices, on the rue d'Alsace side, and a dwelling on rue Rivals.
