Ouvrage construit en 1832. En 1833 est réalisée la fontaine publique menant l'eau au lavoir. Elle était formée d'une vasque surélevée d'où l'eau s'écoulait dans deux bassins superposés. Le lavoir présente un plan allongé avec deux ailes de part et d'autre d'un corps central traité en "serlienne" avec deux ouvertures carrées encadrant la grande entrée cintrée. Le corps central concentre toute la sculpture du bâtiment. La clef de l'arcade représente un dauphin et, de part et d'autre, une tête barbue de Neptune encadrée de tridents. Les deux ailes contenant les bassins sont couvertes en bâtière et les pignons rappellent le corps central par la grande ouverture cintrée.

History
Structure built in 1832. In 1833 the public fountain conveying water to the wash house is constructed. It consisted of a raised basin from which water flowed into two superimposed basins. The wash house presents an elongated plan with two wings on either side of a central body treated in "serliana" with two square openings framing the large round-arched entrance. The central body concentrates all the sculpture of the building. The key of the arch depicts a dolphin and, on either side, a bearded head of Neptune framed by tridents. The two wings containing the basins are covered with a pitched roof and the gables echo the central body through the large round-arched opening.
