Historique
En 1884, Louis Richard et Armand Peugeot fondent la société Richard et Cie pour créer la station balnéaire de Morgat. Ker Ar Bruck est construite à la fin des années 1880 - début des années 1890. History
In 1884, Louis Richard and Armand Peugeot founded the company Richard et Cie to create the seaside resort of Morgat. Ker Ar Bruck was built at the end of the 1880s - beginning of the 1890s. The house was designed without foundations, the base of the walls resting on a double ring of two U-section beams. The walls, with a simple metal skin, are made up of rectangular modular panels in sheet iron covered with a layer of zinc. The building comprises a main wing parallel to the beach, completed by a wing in right-angled return on the front façade housing the salon, and a wing in half depth housing the kitchen. In the 1950s-1960s, a veranda was built in the extension of a small awning whose base was preserved, and a cellar was dug.
