La villa, des 2e-4e siècle après JC, est composée de quatre corps de bâtiments qui s'organisent autour d'une cour rectangulaire, avec l'espace de réception au nord et la zone thermale à l'est, présentant encore une hauteur d'un mètre cinquante. La construction disposait d'une luxueuse décoration faite d'enduits peints et de revêtements en stuc. Il s'agit de la villa gallo-romaine la mieux conservée en Armorique, se rattachant au modèle des courtyard villae défini en Angleterre.

History
The villa, from the 2nd-4th century AD, is composed of four blocks of buildings which are arranged around a rectangular courtyard, with the reception area to the north and the thermal zone to the east, still presenting a height of one metre fifty. The construction had a luxurious decoration made of painted render and stucco coverings. This is the best preserved Gallo-Roman villa in Armorica, relating to the model of courtyard villae defined in England.
