Le 10 mars 1895 LA MUNICIPALIT2 D4eRNEST Thorel vote la « création d’un jardin avec kiosque dans la cour de l’Hôtel de ville ». Le 27 août 1908 un marché de gré à gré est passé avec l’entreprise générale de travaux en ciment de toute nature de M. aLFRED Monsnergue qui accepte le cahier des charges et réalise l’ouvrage en quelques mois sur les plans de l’architecte municipal Toupnot.
Description
Le kiosque arbore une forme octogonale et est coiffé d’un toit à huit pans. Un soubassement de rocailles supporte l’ensemble. Le toit est supporté par huit piliers en forme d’arbres. Un escalier permet d’accéder à l’espace dévolu aux musiciens. Sa rampe se poursuit en rambarde de ceinture de l’ensemble

History
On 10 March 1895 the municipality of Ernest Thorel voted for the "creation of a garden with kiosk in the courtyard of the Town Hall". On 27 August 1908 a negotiated contract was entered into with the general company of works in concrete of all kinds of M. Alfred Monsnergue who accepted the specifications and completed the work in a few months on the plans of the municipal architect Toupnot.
Description
The kiosk displays an octagonal form and is topped with an eight-pitched roof. A foundation of rockwork supports the whole. The roof is supported by eight pillars in the form of trees. A staircase allows access to the space devoted to the musicians. Its railing continues as a surrounding handrail of the whole.
