Historique
Chapelle et château construits sous le règne de Louis XIII. En 1741, la terre prend le nom de Saint-Hilaire, conservé depuis. Le château est une construction en brique et pierre, pourvue d'un pavillon de plan carré au sud-est. Un décor de croisillons vernissés rehausse l'appareil de briques. A l'intérieur, l'escalier et le grand salon conservent des dispositions et un décor caractéristiques des années 1640 : balustres carrés, chimères sur consoles, cheminées monumentales en pierre à cariatides, portrait équestre. La chapelle se termine par une abside à pans coupés et présente des maçonneries brique et pierre semblables à celles du logis. Une verrière en grisaille représente la récolte de la manne, et était déjà en place en 1646. Les dépendances conservent un pressoir en pans de bois, encore couvert de chaume.

History
Chapel and château built under the reign of Louis XIII. In 1741, the land takes the name of Saint-Hilaire, retained since. The château is a construction in brick and stone, provided with a pavilion of square plan to the south-east. A decoration of glazed lattice pattern enhances the arrangement of bricks. In the interior, the staircase and the great salon preserve arrangements and decoration characteristic of the years 1640: square balusters, chimeras on consoles, monumental stone fireplaces with caryatids, equestrian portrait. The chapel ends with an apse with cut angles and presents masonry of brick and stone similar to that of the main dwelling. A grisaille window pane represents the harvest of manna, and was already in place in 1646. The dependencies preserve a press-house in timber framing, still covered with thatch.
