Il s'agit d'une vaste demeure de style régionaliste, décorée selon le style Art-Nouveau, et bâtie de 1902 à 1906 par l'architecte Nicolas Vernon. Le propriétaire fera également appel au paysagiste Gabriel Luizet pour l'aménagement d'un parc à l'Anglaise. L'entrée d'honneur de la villa s'effectue par une terrasse ornée d'un ensemble de vitraux et de colonnes toscanes. L'intérieur présente une décoration remarquable avec un mobilier assorti au décor peint: peintures d'Alexandre Baudin dans le premier petit salon, meubles de l'ébéniste Roux et un buffet de Majorelle dans la salle à manger de style Néo-Gothique. Un ensemble de vitraux de très belle facture ornent plusieurs pièces de la villa. History
This is a vast residence in regionalist style, decorated in the Art-Nouveau style, and built from 1902 to 1906 by architect Nicolas Vernon. The owner also called upon landscape gardener Gabriel Luizet for the development of an English-style park. The principal entrance to the villa is effected via a terrace decorated with a collection of stained glass windows and Tuscan columns. The interior presents remarkable decoration with furnishings matching the painted décor: paintings by Alexandre Baudin in the first small drawing room, furniture by cabinet-maker Roux and a buffet by Majorelle in the Neo-Gothic dining room.
