L'histoire de Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux est fortement marquée par celle de ses communautés d'habitants : catholiques, protestantes et juives. Le quartier juif est fondé dès le 13ème siècle. The history of Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux is strongly marked by that of its communities of inhabitants: Catholic, Protestant and Jewish. The Jewish quarter was founded as early as the 13th century. The tower of the Juiverie and the house attached to it form a significant ensemble from the point of view of the history of the old quarters of the town.
