L'oratoire dit de « Notre-Dame de la Grâce », à Arcey, se situe à la sortie sud-ouest du village, en retrait de la route de Montbéliard. Il se dresse devant une croix basse monolithique vraisemblablement plus ancienne. Il se compose d'un emmarchement de plan ovale formant soubassement, d'un piédestal cylindrique et d'une niche en forme de tabernacle à l'architecture néo-classique qui paraît dater de la fin du XVIIIe siècle ou du début du XIXe siècle. La niche abritait une statue de la vierge, statuette de procession actuellement conservée à l'église. La combinaison des plans ovale et circulaire et l'emploi de pierres de deux couleurs, rouge et blanche, confèrent à cette petite construction peu documentée originalité et élégance.

History
The oratory called "Notre-Dame de la Grâce", at Arcey, is located at the south-west exit of the village, set back from the road to Montbéliard. It stands before a low monolithic cross probably older. It is composed of a stepped platform of oval plan forming a base, a cylindrical pedestal and a niche in the form of a tabernacle with neo-classical architecture which appears to date from the end of the 18th century or early 19th century. The niche housed a statue of the Virgin, a processional statuette now preserved in the church. The combination of oval and circular plans and the use of stone in two colours, red and white, confer on this small undocumented construction originality and elegance.
