Ce bâtiment du 16ème siècle, généralement considéré comme une grange dîmière de l'abbaye de la Grâce-Dieu, semble avoir été une habitation sur cellier avec un appentis latéral. Définitivement adopté comme bâtiment d'exploitation agricole, il fut modifié, notamment en donnant un second accès au cellier et en remaniant la charpente de la toiture avec deux fermes coupant l'espace de l'ancienne salle dans le comble. Le bâtiment de plan rectangulaire, comporte, outre un cellier voûté en berceau, une salle à l'étage et une ancienne salle dans le comble, une cage d'escalier superposant deux montées droites. La salle de l'étage conserve les restes d'une cheminée à hotte moulurée et un évier.

History
This 16th-century building, generally considered to be a tithe barn of the abbey of la Grâce-Dieu, appears to have been a dwelling above a cellar with a lateral lean-to. Definitively adopted as a farm building, it was modified, notably by providing a second access to the cellar and by remodelling the roof structure with two frames cutting through the space of the former hall in the roof space. The building, rectangular in plan, comprises, besides a cellar with barrel vault, a hall on the upper storey and a former hall in the roof space, a stairwell superimposing two straight flights. The upper storey hall retains the remains of a fireplace with moulded hood and a sink.
