History
From 1858 to 1860, architect Alexandre Clerget realizes the town hall, of classical architecture, with market hall and magistrate's court. The central central block is crowned by an attic which incorporates the clock and which is capped by a wall bell-tower. Two parallel arcades lead from the vestibule to the grand staircase which develops in a semi-projecting cage, to lead to the vestibule of the first floor between the two large rooms which retain half-height panelling. The old market hall is a single-storey building with three sections, with a regular series of round-arched openings.
