Elle termine une série de maisons attenantes, et son jardin donne sur la rue avec un portail d'accès à la remise et à la buanderies établies en fond de parcelle. La façade est traîtée sans symétrie, diversifiant la forme des baies et les matériaux (pierre, brique, métal, céramique, fer forgé, vitraux). History
House built circa 1908 from the project established by architect Forien. It terminates a series of adjoining houses, and its garden opens onto the street with a gateway providing access to the outbuildings and laundries established at the rear of the plot. The façade is treated without symmetry, diversifying the shape of the openings and the materials (stone, brick, metal, ceramics, wrought iron, stained glass). The marble fireplaces, the decorations of the ceilings and the bathroom fixtures are preserved. Art Nouveau stained glass windows by Gorgeon.
