History
The castle, as it presents itself currently, was completed in the last quarter of the 18th century. It is built from an older building whose cellars and certain masonry and openings are still visible. The first mention of the dwelling appears in an act of parliament of 1281 and is the subject, at the beginning of the 19th century, of a division into four properties. The medieval castle consists of a rectangular main dwelling and two asymmetrical wings in an L-shaped return.
