Claude Champy fonde, en 1720, l'une des premières maisons de négoce de vins de Bourgogne destinés à l'expédition vers l'étranger mais également la France. En 1890, une grande cuverie fut bâtie qui abrite, à ce jour, un musée dans lequel est exposé le matériel indispensable à la vinification dont un pasteurisateur afin d'éliminer les germes des moûts, ainsi que des sabotières pour la concentration du vin par le froid.£Les bâtiments forment un ensemble assez hétéroclite, certaines parties remontant à la fin du 16ème siècle, réaménagées par la suite. En 1890, des chais sont construits sur des caves. History
Claude Champy founds, in 1720, one of the first Burgundy wine merchant houses intended for shipment abroad and also to France.
