Villa built by the architect Alexandre Fournier in 1928. This villa is representative of Art Deco style, with some influence from the architect Robert Mallet-Stevens: cubic volumes, rectangular openings, flat roof partly sheltered by a pergola. The decorative elements (frieze of palmettes in mosaic, stained glass) were doubtless executed by Louis Barillet, collaborator of Mallet-Stevens.
