Il s'agit d'un ensemble bâti par l'artiste potier Jean Linard situé dans une carrière de silex et qui ne cessa de s'agrandir de 1961 jusqu'à la mort de l'artiste en 2010. D'abord maison d'habitation aux couleurs vives, elle s'entoure progressivement de bâtiments à l'aspect aussi varié qu'inattendu. En 1984, il entreprend la construction de « sa cathédrale » en plein air dans un esprit résolument oeucuménique. Elle rend hommage aux principales religions monothéistes et aux personnages que Jean Linard admirait, allant de Bouddha à Mandela, en passant par Gaudi, le Facteur Cheval, etc. Entourant la cathédrale, des mobiles assemblés avec des éléments de céramique, des disques de couleur et des miroirs réverbèrent la lumière. History
This is an ensemble built by potter artist Jean Linard located in a flint quarry and which continued to expand from 1961 until the artist's death in 2010.
