Construction datant de 1923-1926, par l'architecte Roger Baleix, comprenant une série de bâtiments s'ordonnant autour d'une parcelle rectangulaire. Le bâtiment principal en occupe le centre. Les bâtiments sont constitués, entre autre, par une fosse sceptique, l'ancienne bouverie, l'entrepôt aux animaux, un réservoir, le logement du gardien... Lors de la construction, le béton a été employé pour la corniche constituée de gros denticules, l'entablement des porches, les baies, la charpente et les poteaux portant la charpente. Le reste de la construction est traditionnel. Dans les années 60, l'abattoir est transformé en laiterie industrielle. Il sert actuellement d'atelier de réparation pour les services techniques de la ville.

History
Construction dating from 1923-1926, by architect Roger Baleix, comprising a series of buildings arranged around a rectangular plot. The main building occupies its centre. The buildings consist, among other things, of a septic tank, the former cattle shed, the animal warehouse, a reservoir, the caretaker's lodge... During construction, concrete was used for the cornice made up of large dentils, the entablature of the porches, the openings, the roof structure and the posts supporting the roof structure. The rest of the construction is traditional. In the 1960s, the slaughterhouse was converted into an industrial dairy. It currently serves as a repair workshop for the city's technical services.
