Historique
Chapelle reconstruite à partir de 1956 sur les fondations de l'ancienne chapelle des Capucins qui datait du 17e siècle, par l'architecte Louis Rême. Ce dernier conserve le grand bâtiment d'honneur néo-gothique, élevé vers 1869-1873, et la flèche donnant sur la grande cour d'honneur bordée par deux galeries. Il conçoit un plan classique reprenant le principe de l'ancienne chapelle (croix latine avec transept saillant et chur en hémicycle). L'église est couverte par un plafond à caissons, et éclairée par les dalles de verre coloré de Gabriel Loire, d'après les cartons de Trévedy. A l'est, un cloître reconstruit à cette occasion, permet l'accès aux anciens bâtiments. La chapelle est désaffectée depuis 1999.

History
Chapel rebuilt from 1956 on the foundations of the former chapel of the Capuchins which dated from the 17th century, by architect Louis Rême. The latter preserves the large neo-Gothic main building, raised around 1869-1873, and the spire overlooking the large courtyard of honour bordered by two galleries. He designs a classical plan resuming the principle of the old chapel (Latin cross with projecting transept and choir in hemicycle). The church is covered by a coffered ceiling, and lit by coloured glass slabs by Gabriel Loire, after drawings by Trévedy. To the east, a cloister rebuilt on this occasion, permits access to the old buildings. The chapel has been disused since 1999.
