The main dwelling was built with timber framing towards 1580, on two levels separated by a corbel. The original timber framing infill, composed of alternating triangles of tile and limestone, was partly replaced by simpler tile in the 18th century. At the end of the 16th century, the main dwelling is enlarged on its rear façade, by elongated rooms on the ground floor, surmounted by a narrower open gallery, leading to a turret at its end. In the 18th century, a room with wainscotted decoration was fitted out in the centre of the main dwelling. This main dwelling has preserved the essential of its old layout (timber structure, timber framing infill, fireplaces) as well as part of its 16th century joinery.
