L'ancien logis du Bras d'Or a été construit à la fin du 17e siècle après l'ouverture du cours Sextius. Il occupe une situation primordiale dans la perspective du cours. History
The old dwelling of Bras d'Or was built at the end of the 17th century after the opening of Cours Sextius. It occupies a prime location in the vista of the cours. This had a major commercial purpose between the Faubourg des Cordeliers and the old town. This inn was subsequently bought, in the early 19th century, by the father of Darius Milhaud, a merchant in almonds. The musician spent his childhood there.
