Première mention d'une tour à Entressen en 1377 (" tour de pierre de taille à mâchicoulis assez forte et garnie "). La tour date de la première moitié du 14e siècle, probablement autour de 1340. La chapelle, voûtée sur deux croisées d'ogives, a été construite au début du 16e siècle, après 1505.

History
First mention of a tower at Entressen in 1377 ("tower of ashlar with fairly strong and furnished machicolations"). Throughout the 16th century, the lords of Istres and Entressen are the Foissards who enlarge the site: fortified enclosure, church with its dependencies, dwelling, stable, oven, poultry house, dovecot and other buildings around the said tower. The tower dates from the first half of the 14th century, probably around 1340. The chapel, vaulted on two ribs of ogives, was built at the beginning of the 16th century, after 1505.
