Emblematic place of memory of the activity of the Lumière brothers and the beginnings of cinema. Original hall inaugurated in 1889 (central block of building) to which an offset wing was added in 1900. First commercial showing by the Lumière brothers mentioned at the Eden in 1895. The cinema, which no longer meets safety standards, has been closed since 1985.
