La chapelle est construite dans le premier quart du 20e siècle à l'initiative de la congrégation religieuse alors propriétaire du château. L'architecte département Boyer est mis à contribution pour transforrer les dépendances qui permettaient d'étendre le linge en chapelle. On suréleva les murs au dessus des baies jumelées et transforma l'ancien corridor en tribune latérale. La charpente fut confiée à Fleuret Aygaleng. Elle fut consacrée par l'évêque de Rodez le 7 septembre 1929.
Description
Chapelle de plan rectangulaire, construite sur un axe nord-sud, perpendiculairement à la chapelle des seigneurs d'Estaing. Les élévations sont en moellons de schiste et la toiture à longs pans est recouverte d'ardoises.A l'intérieur, les maçonneries sont enduites et la charpente apparente est peinte. On compte 6 travées. Un couloir, équipé d'un garde-corps et ouvert de 5 arcades sur la nef occupe la partie occidentale de l'espace. L'élévation orientale est percée de 6 verrières doubles à base de pavés de verre noyés dans un réseau de béton. Les verrières du choeur dessinent une croix. Un décor peint orne l'ensemble de la nef.

History
The chapel is built in the first quarter of the 20th century at the initiative of the religious congregation then owning the castle. Departmental architect Boyer is called upon to transform the outbuildings which allowed linen to be hung into a chapel. The walls were raised above the paired openings and the old corridor was transformed into a lateral gallery. The roof structure was entrusted to Fleuret Aygaleng. It was consecrated by the bishop of Rodez on 7 September 1929.
Description
Chapel of rectangular plan, built on a north-south axis, perpendicular to the chapel of the lords of Estaing. The elevations are in schist rubble stone and the hipped roof is covered with slate. Inside, the masonry is rendered and the exposed roof structure is painted. There are 6 bays. A corridor, equipped with a guardrail and opened by 5 arcades onto the nave, occupies the western part of the space. The eastern elevation is pierced by 6 double windows with glass pavers set in a network of concrete. The choir windows form a cross. Painted decoration adorns the whole of the nave.
