La construction du bâtiment, initiée en 1914, s'achèvera en 1917 avec la mise en place de la couverture en béton armé. Cette cave constitue un unicum précieux, édifié selon un plan centré avec un carré aux angles abattus. La façade principale est dotée d'un avant-corps à un étage carré couvert d'un toit en appentis prolongeant la couverture du bâtiment principal. Une grande porte charretière permet l'accès aux cuves. Des travaux d'agrandissements seront réalisés dès 1920 avec, entre autres, la construction d'un chai, d' importants travaux de cuveries et l'installation de quais.

History
The construction of the building, initiated in 1914, was completed in 1917 with the installation of the reinforced concrete roof. This cellar constitutes a precious unicum, built according to a centered plan with a square at the bevelled angles. The main facade is provided with a projecting section of one storey covered with a lean-to roof extending the covering of the main building. A large carriage door allows access to the vats.
