Le bâtiment sur cour avec son décor, datable des années 1560-1580, fait supposer une reconstruction à cette époque. La façade présente trois niveaux. Le rez-de-chaussée n'a gardé aucune façade, seul apparaît à gauche le pilier en pierre portant la sablière du premier étage. Peut-être faut-il imaginer un rez-de-chaussée en pierre. Le premier étage a conservé une petite partie de son décor. Celui-ci permet de reconstituer la disposition de l'ensemble de la façade : quatre travées séparées par des pilastres corinthiens. Les allèges sont scandées de petits potelets. Celui qui est conservé à gauche montre une grande qualité de sculpture. Une partie des autres, bûchés lors du crépissage de la façade ont été remplacés par des copies du potelet sculpté. Au deuxième étage les éléments sont mieux conservés et montrent aussi une qualité de sculpture très intéressante. A l'intérieur les cheminées des deux premiers niveaux sont conservées. Celle du rez-de-chaussée présente deux têtes de lions sculptées ainsi qu'un décor de plafond, à côté de la hotte, d'une grande finesse. La cheminée du premier étage est aussi du 16ème siècle. Sur le plafond sont sculptées des armoiries qui pourraient donner l'identité du constructeur du bâtiment. On voit les armes de la famille de Huez alliées aux armes d'importantes familles troyennes (Largentière, Marguenat, Angenoust).

The building facing the courtyard with its decoration, datable to the years 1560-1580, suggests a reconstruction at that period. The façade presents three storeys. The spandrels are marked by small posts. The one preserved on the left shows great quality of sculpture. A portion of the others, damaged during the rendering of the façade, were replaced by copies of the sculpted post. On the second storey the elements are better preserved and also show very interesting quality of sculpture. In the interior the fireplaces of the two first levels are preserved. That of the ground floor has two sculpted lion heads as well as ceiling decoration, beside the hood, of great finesse. The fireplace of the first storey is also from the 16th century. Sculpted on the ceiling are armorial bearings which could give the identity of the builder of the building. One sees the arms of the family of Huez allied to the arms of important Troyes families (Largentière, Marguenat, Angenoust).
