Commemorative monument to Marshal Masséna, native of Nice. Project by the sculptor Carrier-Belleuse, winner of the competition organised in 1865. The statue is inaugurated on 15 August 1868. The Marshal is accompanied by a Victory writing his name on the pedestal and by bas-reliefs representing the battles of Zürich and Genoa.
