History
The former castle, now an inn, is a large rectangular building which has undergone many modifications and retains only its original volume and a few old openings. The remarkable element is the staircase attached to the building on the north-west side in a perpendicular body of building. The staircase must date from the first third of the 17th century, with modifications to the openings in the 18th century. It is a staircase with ramp on ramp with rusticated plasterwork decoration that develops over four flights. Each flight is covered by a slightly curved vault. The landings and rests are covered by a double groin vault.
