Maison du 15e siècle représentative de l'habitat urbain moyen de Riez. Elle est composée de deux corps de bâtiments séparés par une courette formant puits de lumière ouverte sur un escalier en vis. Sous l'encorbellement se trouve un plafond à entrevous à décor héraldique en gypserie du 15e siècle. L'escalier en vis et les différentes pièces des étages ont conservé leur décor en gypserie, datable de la première moitié du 17e siècle (correspondant à une reconstruction partielle de la maison).

History
House of the 15th century representative of the average urban housing of Riez. It is composed of two bodies of building separated by a small courtyard forming a light well open onto a spiral staircase. Under the corbelling is found a ceiling with clay infill with heraldic decoration in gypsum work of the 15th century. The spiral staircase and the various rooms on the floors have retained their decoration in gypsum work, datable to the first half of the 17th century (corresponding to a partial reconstruction of the house).
