Historique
Le moulin de l'Agnelet est situé sur la rive droite du Largue. Constitué d'une grande bâtisse reconstruite en 1859 sur les ruines d'un moulin précédent, il a fonctionné jusqu'en 1955. Il a gardé toute sa machinerie intacte, notamment une meule en silex et sa potence, une meule à décortiquer l'épeautre, la cuve pour laver et essorer le blé, la série des élévateurs, les planchisters et tout le système de blutterie. History
The mill of l'Agnelet is situated on the right bank of the Largue. Consisting of a large building rebuilt in 1859 on the ruins of a previous mill, it operated until 1955. It retained all its machinery intact, notably a flint millstone and its gibbet, a millstone for decorticating spelt, the trough for washing and wringing wheat, the series of elevators, the planchisters and the entire bolting system.
