Carrière souterraine peu profonde aménagée par les Français pour recevoir un poste de commandement au début de l'année 1916. Ils construisirent sur la partie gauche de la carrière un mur maçonné en gros appareil percé par quatre fenêtres, protégeant ainsi l'intérieur de la carrière des intempéries. Ce mur est orné à mi-hauteur d'une corniche surmontée au centre d'un fronton décoré sur sa partie extérieure gauche de feuilles d'olivier et sur sa partie extérieure droite de feuilles de chêne. La partie intérieure du fronton comprend plusieurs inscriptions. Le passage des différentes unités dans ces lieux est marqué par son numéro et le nom de son colonel (le dernier étant le colonel Reboul).

History
Shallow underground quarry arranged by the French to receive a command post at the beginning of 1916. On the left part of the quarry they built a masonry wall in large ashlar pierced by four windows, thus protecting the interior of the quarry from the weather. This wall is decorated at mid-height with a cornice surmounted at the centre by a pediment decorated on its left exterior part with olive leaves and on its right exterior part with oak leaves. The interior part of the pediment comprises several inscriptions. The passage of the various units in these places is marked by its number and the name of its colonel (the last being Colonel Reboul).
