Remplaçant un pont d'origine en bois, cet ouvrage a été construit entre 1744 et 1746 par l'ingénieur des Ponts et Chaussées Martinet. Il est en pierre de taille et présente toutes les caractéristiques des ponts du 18e siècle : pont avec arches en anse de panier ; avant et arrière-becs symétriques triangulaires ; corniche à la base du parapet. L'arche centrale a été reconstruite en 1872-1873, puis en 1911. Le pont est fermé à la circulation depuis 1993.

History
Replacing a bridge of original wooden construction, this structure was built between 1744 and 1746 by the engineer of Bridges and Roads Martinet. It is in ashlar and presents all the characteristics of 18th century bridges: bridge with basket-handle arches; symmetrical triangular cutwaters; cornice at the base of the parapet. The central arch was rebuilt in 1872-1873, then in 1911. The bridge has been closed to traffic since 1993.
