History
Group of two sets comprising both engravings from before the first millennium of our era, and engravings from the convict prison and modern periods. The ancient engravings display stylistic characteristics that are close to those of petroglyphs known in the Lesser and Greater Antilles. These two groups of engraved rocks testify to the maritime movements of ancient Amerindian populations. The only figuration identified represents a stylized animal, probably a lizard.
