Maison transformée en hôtel de voyageurs à la fin du 18e siècle ou au début du 19e siècle. Architecture extérieure transformée (surélévation des toitures, verrière de la salle de bal construite entre 1873 et 1900) , mais décor intérieur d'époque Louis XIV bien conservé. Occupé depuis 1975 par les services annexes du tribunal de grande instance de Lyon.

History
Former private mansion from the 17th century, built on the site of the former customs house of the port of the Roy. At the beginning of the 18th century, hotel decorated by the Lyon painter Daniel Sarrabat. House transformed into a guest hotel at the end of the 18th century or beginning of the 19th century. Exterior architecture transformed (raising of roofs, glass roof of the ballroom built between 1873 and 1900), but interior decoration from the Louis XIV period well preserved.
