Sumptuous villa built for doctor Emmanuel Laurens between 1898 and 1900 (architects' names unknown) in the neo-classical spirit. Interior decoration of Art Nouveau inspiration: the bathroom with swimming bath decorated with tiles from the Sarreguemines workshops is by Eugène Simas, the small apartments are signed by Eugène Simas and Théophile Laumonnerie.
