L'ensemble fortifié, situé à l'extrémité nord-est d'un petit plateau, se compose d'une motte et d'une basse-cour. La motte tronconique, circulaire, mesure 8 à 9 m de haut pour un diamètre de 50 m. Elle est entièrement ceinturée d'un fossé sec, entamé par la route côté sud. La plate-forme sommitale a été en partie détruite par une tranchée. La basse-cour, située à l'ouest du tertre, présente un plan semi-elliptique. Elle est défendue au nord par d'importantes levées de terre. Le site est bien conservé, en dépit des dégradations observées.

History
The fortified ensemble, located at the north-east extremity of a small plateau, consists of a motte and a bailey. The truncated conical motte, circular, measures 8 to 9 m high for a diameter of 50 m. It is entirely surrounded by a dry moat, affected by the road on the south side. The summit platform has been partly destroyed by a trench. The bailey, situated to the west of the mound, presents a semi-elliptical plan. It is defended to the north by significant earthworks. The site is well preserved, despite the degradation observed.
